Andreas Theodorou

Andreas is a seasoned researcher, writer, editor and artist. After graduating with a first class BA (Hons) in English from Liverpool John Moores University, he pursued a Master of Research degree in the same institution. Graduating with merit, he proceeded on as a British Library Labs Researcher in Residence focusing on the Library’s digital archives, and later joined the British Association for Contemporary Literary Studies’ journal Alluvium as a Commissioning/Article Editor. Alongside his duties with ProPrivacy, Andreas is completing a PhD at the Edge Hill University.

In recent years, Andreas developed a curiosity for technology and became enthralled by the process of building computers and the variety and capabilities that accompanied the rapidly-changing industry. He has since combined his love of technology with his love of writing and is now Content Editor at ProPrivacy.

His personal research has focused on the changing narrative modes in contemporary horror video games, and has published and presented research papers at the Universities of Sheffield and Durham, and continues to carry out research where he can.

Alongside his unending pursuit for knowledge, Andreas continues to create digital art, with projects on the portrayal of coping with mental illness through art and literature, and photography.
