The Bundesliga is back this weekend to play the sixth match since it’s return on the 16th May. There will be an exciting end to the season as three teams play for the two remaining Champions League places.

The weekends action kicks off on Friday night as mid-table SC Freiburg take on fourth place Mönchengladbach. Borussia Mönchengladbach were flying high before the break and looked like they may challenge Dortmund and Munich. However, defeat to Bayer Leverkusen and a bore draw with Werder Bremen has seen them drop off. Freiburg, on the other hand, have failed to win a match in their previous four. The match kicks off at 8:30 (local time).

There are five fixtures, these are as follows:
Bayer Leverkusen vs Bayern Munich (3:30 Local)

  • Eintracht Frankfurt vs Mainz (3:30 Local)
  • Leverkusen vs Bayern Munich
  • Dortmund vs Hertha Berlin (6:30 Local)

Leverkusen vs Bayern Munich is the big match here. Bayern Munich have almost wrapped up their eighth consecutive Bundesliga title, their win over Borussia Dortmund put them seven points ahead of ahead of their rivals. Bayern’s experience has shone through, players like Müller and Lewandowski have had a fantastic season.

Bayer Leverkusen have been playing some fantastic football, so it’s difficult to write them off in this match. Their young striker Havertz will be key for Leverkusen, as he has scored four goals in his last five matches. Make sure you tune in for this one.

There’re three matches on this Sunday, these are:

  • Werder Bremen vs Wolfsburg (12:30 local)
  • Union Berlin vs Schalke (2:30 local)
  • Augsburg vs Köln (5:00 local)

Sunday will be a big day for those teams near the bottom of the table. Werder Bremen, Union Berlin, Augsburg and Köln are all fighting it out at the bottom of the table.

This week’s football will end on Monday night with Hoffenheim vs RB Leipzig. Leipzig will be looking to secure their place in the champions league their win over Köln put them in third spot, two points above Mönchenglach and Leverkusen. Hoffenheim will be looking to make sure they qualify for a Europa league place, seventh place would do it.

Don’t miss any of the action this weekend by using a VPN to stream the Bundesliga live.

What you need to live stream Bundesliga from anywhere

To watch Bundesliga football online from anywhere in the world, you need a VPN that is suited to the task. There are hundreds of consumer-facing VPN providers available online, and not every VPN has the servers you need to unblock Bundesliga matches.

Even some VPNs that have servers in the countries you require have slow, laggy servers that will make it almost impossible to watch the football without constant buffering stress.

Football is a precision sport and watching the ball shoot across the screen, into the goal requires a good HD quality stream. That is why we only recommend fast, reliable providers with Tier-1 servers.

Below we have included a list of the most important VPN features you require to unblock and enjoy Bundesliga football online with a VPN:

  1. VPN server locations in Germany and the UK (or elsewhere that shows Bundesliga matches).
  2. Fast connection speeds for streaming.
  3. Excellent uptime and reliability.
  4. A strong, trustworthy no logs privacy policy.
  5. Strong encryption options.
  6. Great customer care to help you set up the VPN and unblock the football.

Why These VPNs?

At ProPrivacy.com, we understand everything there is to know about privacy services like VPNs. Our team regularly tests VPN services from around the world, year after year. This allows us to know which VPNs are compatible with TV channels and streaming services that broadcast Bundesliga football.

In this article, we have recommended VPNs that have lightning fast servers everywhere that you might need them to stream Bundesliga matches - and to get the privacy you need to unblock football streams without being monitored by your ISP and copyright holders.

Other benefits of using a VPN

Watching foreign streams of football matches is technically in breach of copyright. That is why it is important to use a VPN that provides a no logs policy and strong encryption to prevent your ISP tracking the websites and services you visit online.

Some VPNs have concerning privacy policies that allow them to sell your web browsing habits to third parties; including copyright holders trying to track down pirates. These cowboy VPNs are a massive risk, and need to be avoided. Others provide outdated encryption protocols that won’t keep your browsing habits private.

The VPNs we recommend have been specially selected because they provide the highest level of security and privacy available for streaming football. These VPNs are trustworthy and reliable for unblocking Bundesliga streams!
